What is YouR Returns Policy

We want you to be happy and confident in your purchase after all you and your clients will be the ones benefitting from your new massage table. As such we operate a 14 day free returns policy. When will my Items be delivered?

Can you provide pro-forma invoices?

Yes! We will happily provide a pro-forma invoice to you for payment by bank transfer. Please contact us on sales@massagetablesuk.co.uk.

Do your prices include VAT?

All prices on the site are inclusive of VAT. A VAT invoice will be emailed to the email address used in the checkout process, as soon as the order is completed.

Can you quote for large/bulk orders?

Yes of course, please email sales@massagetablesuk.co.uk with the items required and shipping address and we will respond right away.

Delivery Information

Time Scales:

We aim to dispatch all orders as quickly as possible (usually same day or next working day). Delivery time is typically 1 working  day.

However; as dispatch and delivery times can vary, we ask that you allow up to 4 working days.

Electric & Static massage tables are sent via pallet and usually take around 4 working days for delivery we will contact you with the anticipated delivery date. Please note these products are kerbside delivery only so you may need assistance carrying parcels in to the property.

*Please note we only dispatch deliveries during open hours Monday – Friday 9am – cut off 2pm and there is no weekend delivery. If you need delivery for a Saturday or Sunday, please contact us prior to placing your order and we will try to assist.

 

Surcharges:

For the purposes of delivery, UK mainland refers to all of the UK excluding: parts of the Scottish Highlands and Islands, Northern Ireland, The Isle of Man, The Isles of Scilly and the Channel Islands.

There may be additional charges for shipping to addresses outside of UK mainland. Please use our shipping calculator in the cart or contact us to see if additional delivery charges apply to your order.

Exchanges:

We reserve the right to charge delivery costs for items that are being exchanged ( where they are not faulty, or damaged)

International Orders:
